28 January 1865 — Canford Manor, nr. Wimborne, Dorset | |
Saturday. 28th [January 1865]. Rather better weather and after all my readings in the morng I went out walking by myself. I went to call on Lady L. Pon: & found her in. I sat with her for nearly 2 hours & after Mr Pon: had been home about ½ hour I left. I called at Mrs Pynes and stayed there abt ½ hour & came home to T in my room & Ivor & all came to it. | |
