7 October 1870 — Madrid | |
Friday. 7th [October 1870]. Went to sew with the Dss and at 3 went to fetch Emilia and we went to the dentist Mr Gardener to have my teeth looked to. We then came home & had tea & did a little work. Inzenga gave me a singing lesson & we asked him to stay & dine but he could not & agreed to come tomorrow instead so we dined alone. | |
