26 October 1872 — Madrid | |
Saturday. 26th [October 1872]. Had the Hymn practice in the morning at 11 & wrote a great deal for Henry but I was obliged to give it up & be on the sofa as I had a bad headache. Mr Ff. came in in the afternoon but after he was gone I was obliged to go to bed abt 5. Henry came & sat in my room in the eveng. | |
