29 August 1875 — Blackheath | |
Sunday. 29th [August 1875]. I did not go to church but stayed with Maria & had a visit from Dr Howell. In the afternoon Maria went to church without me. The Mother drove down for a couple of hours. Mrs Evey Hambro came to call I went to tea with the children & their french governess & also went to the schoolroom. | |
