28 January 1876 — Madrid | |
Friday. 28th [January 1876]. After his breakfast Henry got up. He was out of bed on the sofa from 2 till 5 & went back to bed very tired. He insisted on my going out so I asked Ida Bauer to take me & we went to walk in the Recolletos & walked to top of Fuente & then came home & found Henry had gone back to bed. Clarita called– Nieblas came to see Henry & sat with him an hour. | |
