31 October 1877 — Therapia
Wednesday. 31st [October 1877]. Started at 2 o’cl: for town in the steam launch with Miss Boyd & Capt. Grubbe to see them off by the French mail. Messrs Elliot, Kennedy, the Genl & Messenger Woodford went also & we had a heap of sheets & things we were taking to the stores. We called for Mmes Willie & Arthur Hanson in passing. After settling Miss Boyd on board we took leave of her & went on to the Khan to leave our sheets & to settle some business with Mr Horace Guarracino & then started home taking Mr & Mrs Willie & Mrs Arthur to Candilli. We got home about 7 rather tired.
