Sunday. 16th [December 1877]. Went to church in morng. Proposed to Mr Gribble to give us an eveng service. Lunched at 1:30 intending to go to Hyssar to see Ahmet Vefyk P. but it was so threatening we had to give it up. Embassy dined with us as usual. | |
