Tuesday. 15th [January 1878]. Helped Arthur to prepare packets of tobacco for distribution to the Refugees. Mrs Willie Hanson also came & helped & also Mrs de Winton. Ahmet Vefyk P. came to luncheon. We gave him some tobacco to show to the Sultan. | |
