26 February 1878 — Constantinople | |
Tuesday. 26th [February 1878]. Mrs de Winton was much worse & Dr Patterson was called in to a consultation. It was determined that she has typhoid fever. Major de W. went to look for 2 nurses & got a Greek & old Mrs Audey an old English woman. Mrs A. Hanson called. Adl Hornby left us & returned to the Fleet. | |
