Friday. 5th July [1878]. Copied all the morning secret despatches for Henry to send by tomorrow’s messenger. Mme & Mlle Condouriotis called. The weather was changeable & it rained a little but not eno’ to prevent us playing tennis in the afternoon. Lord George & Mr Cartwright dined. | |
