3 July 1879 — Therapia | |
Thursday. 3rd [July 1879]. We sat out & read as usual all the morng & were joined by Dr Dickson & sat & dozed as we read aloud & stayed on to luncheon. Alice had a Greek lesson. In the afternoon Alice & Henry rode. I went in the caique with Lady Dickson to Buyukdéré to leave cards. Mr Oliphant & Ashburnham & Sir Alfred dined with us. | |
