Wednesday. 27th [August 1879]. Blanche, Edward & Alice went to the mosques with Sir Alfred. Henry had a meeting of Ambassadors on the Greek question– Afterwards we had lawn tennis & Hatzfeldt played with us & Zichy tried but in his zeal he rushed abt & ended by coming down with a flop. We played till quite late. | |
