22 February 1880 — Constantinople | |
Sunday. 22nd [February 1880]. I went to church in the morng. Sang hymn with the Hanson children in afternoon. Mr Wrench called to talk about Lady Strafford’s English school in the way of establishing which there are so many difficulties. The whole Embassy dined with us as usual & Mr Woodford the messenger. | |
