Saturday. 17th [July 1886]. Carved in the morng. Fred & Edgar went to the Lake & had bad sport. I had a bad headache & had to lie down till 5 when I went down to Bank to fish 0. Henry fished down from Gredhus without result. Dined at 7. Cribbage & bed early. Wind changed & rain. | |
