11 September 1886 — La Punta, Longarone | |
Saturday. 11th [September 1886]. I went at 4 o’clock to fish off the wall accompanied by the agent but tho’ I tried from 4 till 7 never had a bite. Malcolm sent me out my tea there– Three Armenian sisters of the name of Aghinoor came to stay with Mr Malcolm all very talkative & lively girls. The eldest handsome with fine dark eyes. | |
