13 September 1887 — Canford Manor, nr. Wimborne, Dorset | |
Tuesday. 13th [September 1887]. I went out for a long walk by myself in the morng. There was a lawn tennis tournament going on in the Park. Ivor brought in Mr & Mrs Eggington to lunch– Very peculiar sort of people. She was a Miss Drax. After lunch I went out to see the match for a little while & then took a walk with Mama– | |
