18 August 1888 — Syltebo, Romsdalsfjord | |
Saturday. 18th [August 1888]. Cloudy day. Raymond went after rype. Leo went to fish from Friswold but got nothing. I went with Andreas to the Gredhus & got 2 grilse 5 & 6 lbs. Home to lunch. Practised guitar. After 4.30 dinner I drove off to the lake & trolled but got nothing. Then fished Up. Haande Pool. Trout rising like mad all round & I got 6 nice brown trout just as it was getting dark. Drove home by abt 10.30. | |
