9 July 1889 — 1 Queen Anne Street | |
Tuesday. 9th July [1889]. Kate & Cecil left us & returned home to Holdenby & their boy Monty who has also been staying with us this week past. Blanche & Edward Ponsonby came & took their places. They left No 15 in this street & came to us while their goods and chattels are being moved into their new house at 17 Cavendish Square. Mama is also leaving Langham House & will take up her abode with them at No 17. We had a few people to dinner viz Mr & Mrs John Murray, Mr & Mrs Kennedy our Minister at Chili, Mr Thos. Smith (the surgeon), Miss Hogarth. | |
