24 December 1890 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Wednesday. 24th [December 1890]. Continued the work & did not go out. In the evening Mr Woods & Fischer & Montalba & Brown & Pss Olga Montenegro came & practised dancing the country dance for tomorrow night—& I had hard work teaching them. Filled the girls stockings with their presents for tomorrow. | |
