31 March 1891 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Tuesday. 31st [March 1891]. I painted in the morning. Henry & I & Nela went out. There was a very cold wind. We walked in the Piazza so we came home early & I read aloud to Henry before tea. Mme Ruabome came to tea & also Ida Belmondo & latter stayed to dinner with us. We had guitar & mandoline practise in the eveng. | |
