16 March 1892 — Villa Pisani, Vescovana
Wednesday. 16th March [1892]. Better & up as usual & we left Vescovana by the 12.35 express from S. Elena. A very full train & we were stuck into a wagon lit & thence ejected at Padua—& there separated & found places. The snow had nearly all melted but the country was under water in many places. Got home to lunch about 2. Fine weather. The Belmondos came to tea—also Css Tiepolo & her daughter Mlle Raimondi & Bss Andrian.
