5 December 1892 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Monday. 5th [December 1892]. Wrote my letters in bed & only got up to lunch. Did not go out. Practised accompaniments on the piano to play with Stella. Mme Facci came to tea. Later Maria Cozzi called. Read aloud to Henry. After dinner Stella played the Chaconne to us. The Dyers telegraph they will be with us on Wedy. | |
