Tuesday. 30th [May 1893]. Got up late & did not go out till the evening when I went to dine at 25 Park Crescent to celebrate Nela’s birthday. Henry dined at The Club & came in the evening to fetch me home– Sir Henry Thompson came to see us at 6 & was very pleasant & kind. | |
