17 June 1893 — 1 Queen Anne Street | |
Saturday. 17th [June 1893]. Merthyr & Theo started for Norway. Henry & Nela drove down to Kew gardens in the afternoon. I took a walk & called on Lady Thompson sat with her some time & then called on Miss Galbraith, Augusta Gregory’s friend who has a tumour & was to have had an operation. Sir H. Thompson recommended her to Sir Spencer Wells who says she need not have it & she is at once feeling better. Henry & Ola went to the Richter Concert. Nela went to the opera. Nelly Alderson came to dine with me. | |
