1 September 1893 — Glencarron Lodge, Ross and Cromarty | |
Friday. 1st September [1893]. It poured with rain. I fished Blackpool in the morning & got nothing & Henry & I both fished Long Pool in afternoon with no better results. Hallam Murray, Eda & Nela returned from Skye having come by Gairloch & Loch Maree—all in tearing spirits. We played Halma. | |
