7 September 1893 — Glencarron Lodge, Ross and Cromarty | |
Thursday. 7th [September 1893]. I & Nela fished the Long Pool in morning & got nothing– Whole party went up to the Loch to have a tea picnic. Henry walked & rode– It came on to rain so Henry, Ola & I came home in the pony cart. Roberts the butler caught several fish at the Devil’s Purse. | |
