15 October 1895 — 40 Half Moon Street | |
Tuesday. 15th [October 1895]. Went to Savile Row with Nelly early & with Mr Haines hung the prints. I went off to lunch with Lady Gregory to meet Mlle de Perpigna & walked back with her to Savile Row. Mr Rate called having just returned from Scotland. Went back to Half Moon St & had tea & then I walked round to S. Audley St to see Mrs Rate—& was very tired in the eveng. | |
