9 November 1896 — Bere Cottage, Bere Regis, Dorset | |
Monday. 9th [November 1896]. Nell & Mr Wyld went hunting after breakfast. I made a sketch of a corner of the drawing room. Left Bere at 12 & drove to Wareham & left for London by 1.20 train & reached home about 5. Saw Monty who said he would like me to give him the library to sit in– He left to go to shoot at the Grove. | |
