13 March 1905 — 3 Savile Row | |
Monday. 13th [March 1905]. I had my last “at home” to which the Wimbornes came & Ivor enjoyed the music. Mr Wood (the young barrister whose acquaintance the Aldersons made when we were at Baveno two summers ago) played the violin. Connie brought a Mr Helmsley to sing—a great many people came & we had a pleasant evening. With very little expense & trouble one can get ones friends together at this time of year. | |
