2 September 1862 — Canford Manor, nr. Wimborne, Dorset | |
Tuesday. 2nd [September 1862]. Monty went off by the 7 train in the morng & we found that Merthyr had come by the mail train in the middle of the night. We printed together in the morng & I played croquet with Arthur. I did not go out. Merthyr took Blanche out riding and Connie & Ecca went in poney carriage. Merthyr & Arthur went off by mail train. | |
