8 September 1862 — Canford Manor, nr. Wimborne, Dorset | |
Monday. 8th [September 1862]. I practised in the morng & went out to see Ivor & Schr play rackets. I printed the whole aftern till six when I went down to the gallery and helped Con: to wash china. Lady L. came in with a project of going to the Hive but we could not manage it for the next day. They all went out in the canoe on the fountain in front and we did nothing else particular. | |
