1 October 1862 — Canford Manor, nr. Wimborne, Dorset | |
Wednesday. 1st October [1862]. I sat with Maria in her room. I told her what I had heard about Trenfield and she told the M. We then went out and talked to Baker about what flowers he was going to give Maria & he gave me a geranium plant. I washed some china & then went out walking with Ecca. I told her about Trenfield. We went to Mrs Pynes & meeting Ria in the village she went there with us, we had some tea there– Washed china. | |
