30 September 1862 — Canford Manor, nr. Wimborne, Dorset | |
Tuesday. 30th September [1862]. At about 12 I & Elizabet started for Mrs Whitelocks to finish the papering, we did all we could but found that we had not eno’ paper to finish it. Ecca & Ria came up at about 3 & brought us some luncheon. I came in at 6 and read till dinner. Went to bed pretty early. | |
