4 October 1862 — Canford Manor, nr. Wimborne, Dorset | |
Saturday. 4th [October 1862]. I washed china after luncheon and in the midst arrived the Ponsonbys with Miss Sturt & Lord Radstock. They came to show Ld R. the hall & did not stay long. We had tea in the hall and I & Ecca went to Knighton to see the little boy Hervey. It was late & damp before we got home and very foggy. | |
