24 March 1863 — Exeter House, Roehampton
Tuesday. 24th [March 1863]. I worked a great deal, practised and sang. Mrs & Miss Dellwyn called. The M. had gone to town so I received them. Had tea in my room– I dressed a doll as a bride for the Bazaar. At 8½ we started to the Aldersons Singverein. We got there when it was ½ over but never the less enjoyed. We met a brother of our friend Mr J. M. Fletcher there.
