5 June 1863 — Canford Manor, nr. Wimborne, Dorset | |
Friday. 5th [June 1863]. It rained hard all day & I did not go outside the door. All went to Racquets in the morng. After lunch Con: Arthur & Ivor went out but Mr F. stopped & wrote letters & I worked till tea time, after tea gave Mr F a lesson in singing. Sat a little with Arthur in Luffs room after dinner.
