13 November 1864 — Hursley Park, nr. Winchester, Hampshire | |
Sunday. 13th [November 1864]. A wet day & cd not go to church in the morng so stayed with Kate & Monty, after lunch Monty went to Southampton & Kate & I to church & Mr Richards gave us a very long sermon. Monty did not come home till after 11 & he & Kate sat a long time talking in my room & K & I packed my boxes. | |
