29 March 1869 — Freshwater | |
Monday. 29th [March 1869]. We went to Mrs Cameron’s in the morng to be photod & found Mrs C not back from Yarmouth. We had luncheon there & then Mrs C. photographed me. At ½ past 6 went to dine at Farringford & met Mr Cameron & Mr Horatio Tennyson brother to A:T: & lately a widower. He & his 5 children have taken A:T:’s lodging house “The Terrace.” Saw Capt: Speedy & Alamayou (King Theo’s son). | |
