Thursday. 15th [December 1870]. We went in the morning to Palmaroli’s studio & arranged with him abt his doing Adeline’s picture. In the afternoon H & Adeline went off to the Cortès where there was a great row being the first meeting after the return of the Commission from Italy. | |
