Thursday. 1st February [1872]. Arthur left us. He went off by the 6 o’cl train for Paris much to our sorrow. We went to ball at Canitz: I went with Miss Sickles & Mr Adee & Henry took the 2 Aylton girls. We did not stay there long. | |
