7 July 1872 — Paris | |
Sunday. 7th [July 1872]. We started abt 10 train for Boulogne. Had a splendid passage & I sat quite happily on deck. We got to London abt 6 & were met at the station by the M & S & they drove me to Langham Hse whilst Henry went in a cab. Blanche was there but she went out to dinner at Ld St German’s. Adeline came in after dinner for a few minutes & we went early to bed. | |
