13 October 1872 — Madrid | |
Sunday. 13th [October 1872]. I played the harmonium & Addie sat with me. I dressed up Addie in one of my mantillas & we took her & Lord S to the bullfight. Addie only stayed a few minutes so we stopped & brought her away. Ffrench who has returned from Zarauz dined with us also Mr Whyte. Ruiz Gomez & Silvela came in in the evening. | |
