2 December 1872 — Madrid | |
Monday. 2nd [December 1872]. Esquivel came & gave me a drawing lesson. I got out the great frame & set to work again at mending the Italian tapestry & also copied some things for Henry. We drove to the Retiro & there took a walk. Mme de Canitz who returned to Madrid on Saturday came to see us & brought the Aylton girls with her. | |
