14 January 1873 — Madrid | |
Tuesday. 14th [January 1873]. I did not get up till lunch time & then I drove out as my head was not so bad as usual owing to my having retired early last night. I went to see Mme Dragonetti & found her just going out with Mme Ettling. I then went to the Recolletos & drove up & down till Henry came & then walked with him. I was obliged to go to bed abt 7 as my head got worse. | |
