Sunday. 8th [June 1873]. We took a little drive in the evening & thought of going to see the Ettlings but it was late & we gave it up. Clarita called to see me– A few people to dinner, Jabat, Bernars, Maffei, Nicholas. Row in the streets of federals make demonstrations. | |
