5 September 1873 — Blackheath | |
Friday. 5th [September 1873]. The Edgars all went in town & so did Henry—so Grannie & I had a quiet day together. I made Henry some more cigarettes—& copied some music for Edgar– Miss Berkeley came in the eveng. I played backgammon with Edgar & he tried to teach me cribbage. | |
