14 November 1873 — Madrid | |
Friday. 14th [November 1873]. Got up with a headache– Had some copying for Henry but had to lie up on the sofa– Mrs Dering called & also Grau. At 5 the Dss came to say they would dine with us on Friday & was very good humoured & looked lovely. As soon as she left I went to bed but my head got worse & I was sick. | |
