19 December 1873 — Madrid | |
Friday. 19th December [1873]. Went out driving with Henry. Paid Mr Hamilton a visit & then leaving Henry at Castelars went to see Emilia who was not well & then came home. In the eveng came Aurelie, Sedorovitch, Ruiz Gomez, Mirecki, Beck, Inzenga, Maffei & Mr Saurin & we had some very nice music. | |
