Thursday. 22nd [January 1874]. Aurelie Canitz came to practise duetts on piano & harmonium from 11½ to 1. Esqs painting lesson. Miss Bentley came & stayed till 5 when Mme Bauer called. At 6½ Henry came in from his walk & Maffei called. Henry went to the whist at the Canitz & I went to bed early. | |
