Wednesday. 4th [March 1874]. Wrote notes &c & painted. I went to see Mme Bauer in the afternoon & then went to see the Dss but could not get in; joined Henry in the Fuente & walked with him. Henry went to Bauers’ box at the opera & I went early to bed– | |
